Hi, I’m Emily, and I’m so glad you’re here!
I began Total W(h)ine in 2018 when I needed an outlet after staying home with my babies. My goal was to be the next big thing on Pinterest, but that quickly changed to me wanting to become the person I wish I had through all the struggles of the NFP life. I never imagined that 5 years later, this whim of mine would become all that it has. Only God can dream up something this big and this fun!

I firmly believe in the goodness of the practice of NFP for marriages. But good doesn’t mean easy, and at Total Whine, I get into the messy parts of the lifestyle, honestly and with a healthy does of humor. Because faithful living in a fallen world can make us either laugh or cry, and well, laughing burns more calories.
Fertility Awareness and NFP Coaching
Emily offers intimate one-on-one one-hour and 30 minute coaching sessions to help you work through some of the tougher bits of NFP and fertility awareness life.
Emily is not a licensed therapist or method instructor. All sessions are virtual.
