Real Talk on NFP
Whether you’re trying to find a method of fertility awareness, need some practical help and
solidarity, or if you think the Catholic Church is just straight up nuts for this teaching…
this page is for you!
“[Fertility awareness] is knowledge of her body that every woman ought to have.”
Dr. Evelyn Billings

The nonprofit where real life and fertility awareness intersect
FAbM Base
Emily is the co-founder and president of the nonprofit organization FAbM (pronounced “fam”) Base. Inspired by her own experiences and passion for honest education, Emily says that the primary goal of the organization is to make fertility awareness more accessible to any woman regardless of her faith or stage of fertility.

Need some help navigating the NFP life?
Emily offers intimate one-on-one one-hour and 30 minute coaching sessions to help you work through some of the tougher bits of NFP and fertility awareness life.
All sessions are virtual.

Emily titled her blog Total Whine for a reason.
The real talk is not limited to NFP.
Marriage, Motherhood & Culture
The level of any civilization is the level of its womanhood.
Venerable Fulton J. Sheen, Characters of the Passion
Love always goes out to meet the demands of the object loved. If the one loved is virtuous, we must be virtuous to achieve it. Hence, the higher the love, the loftier must be those who pursue; the nobler the woman, the nobler the world.

Emily is a frequent guest on podcasts, blogs and conferences speaking to all things sex, marriage, motherhood and NFP
